More and more people seem to put these solar powered pest repellents that blast a 15kHz high pitch screech at whoever passes in front of them. It's an extremely loud sound, but old people above 50-60 years no longer hear this sound, so they are not bothered by it. But for anyone under 30 they are very bothersome. I simply cannot walk through the neighborhood during the day without getting blasted with these things and then I have tinnitus the rest of the day.
These things should be banned.
