I use this page to record the amount of water an calories I eat a day. It assumes that all calories turn into fat (7.7kcal per gram fat), the rest of the food's mass is assumed to be water. It uses local storage so after reloads it preserves the value. I reset it each morning.
This might not be useful for others, it's primarily up for my own use.
